Job Description
A well-known beer brand is seeking an outgoing personality to be the face of the brand in the local bar scene. This candidate will become the conduit between the local culture and our client’s brand. The ideal candidate considers themselves to live an adventurous lifestyle, while having extensive knowledge of the local bar scene. This individual must be very reliable & outgoing and demonstrate a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.The program is expected to run from the beginning of February through the beginning of May, and it requires having a flexible schedule, including working nights and weekends. Timing may vary.Primary Job Responsibilities:Partner with local client for program target account listVisit all target accounts and build activation calendarBuild and maintain relationships with clients and customersEngage, instruct, and inspire individuals as well as crowdsProduct education/trial at accountsBring your own personal creativity, style, and energy to the brand-supplied talking points and programIdentify appropriate brand opportunities for the local marketManage program inventory and local storage unitComplete detailed audit reports on all program accountsComplete in-depth post-event reports within 24 hours following the eventExperience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)Must be comfortable working in a nightlife/bar settingMust be available to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekendsMust NOT be involved with, working for, or representing any other beer, wine, or spirits brandMust have previous beer/liquor experienceMust have be able to accept program deliveries/shipmentsMust have reliable form of transportation for travel within the general market area
