THE ROLE:

Paint Line Attendant

LOCATION:

Tolleson, AZ

REPORTS TO:

Director, Engineering Manufacturing Operations

POSITION TYPE:

Full-time, Non-Exempt

OUR OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a high energy, self-starter to facilitate the cleaning and deburring of all products before the paint process. This person will work under the direction of the Paint Lead.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use a pressure washer to clean products before paintSecure products on paint carts to ensure safe transit through the shopWipe down products to remove oil and other contaminates.Operate a forkliftMake sure all products are labeledMake sure products labels correspond with job travelerBring quality issues to the attention of the Paint LeadPerform assigned duties following safe manufacturing processes and conform to shop safety rulesYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GEDAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions.Demonstrates values of honesty and integrity, respect for others, teamwork and collaborationPhysical requirements include occasional move or lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Twisting, turning, grasping, reaching, pulling, and extended periods of standing.The employee in this position must wear OSHA approved safety shoes with metatarsal guards, safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection.
