Tax Senior

Elite Sourcing LLC is currently partnered with one of Raleigh's leading accounting firms for the Triangle Area that is looking for an experienced Tax Senior. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely tax filings while maximizing tax benefits for our clients.

In this role, you will prepare and review tax returns, conduct research on tax laws and regulations, and collaborate with clients and team members to optimize tax strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returnsResearch and interpret tax laws and regulationsAssist in tax planning and advisory services for clientsCollaborate with clients to gather necessary tax information and documentationEnsure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlinesIdentify and recommend tax-saving opportunities for clientsMentor and guide junior tax professionalsRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related fieldCPA certification is preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in tax accountingExtensive knowledge of tax laws and regulationsProficiency in tax preparation software and MS ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesBenefits
