In this position you will work primarily 1:1 with children with autism, on a clinical team, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to reduce child challenging behavior; and teach communication, social skills, play skills, self-care, and more! RBTs also work with caregivers to teach them strategies to help their children. On occasion you will work with other RBTs and children in small group instructional settings within the clinic.
