Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.Paint Application:
Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers to ensure an even and durable finish.Quality Control:
Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain and clean painting equipment and ensure it is in proper working order.Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.Documentation:
Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on projects.Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience in industrial painting, particularly in the aerospace or automotive industries. Candidates with only residential or commercial painting experience will not be considered.Skills:
Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment, including spray guns and sandblasters.Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.Physical Ability:
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.Benefits:
