The SEO Supervisor is central to the SEO team, and is responsible for the overall management and success of our clients' organic search programs:Day-to-day SEO tactical management & execution across multiple clientsWork in conjunction with predefined SEO campaign objectivesProvide regular client reports and client deliverables with actionable insightsPerform client work outlined in coordination with other media teamsWork with multiple levels of agency teams to provide the best organic search experience possibleWork with technical teams to determine & build strategies for technical SEO implementationWho You Are

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, hardworkingA strong writer and presenter; able to articulate clearly and effectivelyA team player, willing to roll up your sleevesAn independent worker with strong time management and organization skillsAble to conduct relevant keyword research and make recommendationsExperienced in interpreting analytical data and identifying actionable opportunitiesA supporter of and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusionPreferred Skills & Experience

3+ years' work experience in an SEO-heavy environment and/or specifically with SEOExpert knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Office ApplicationsFamiliarity with Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMRush, Brightedge, Conductor, and/or other industry toolsA comprehensive understanding of key search engine ranking factorsA thorough understanding of and the ability to conduct detailed on-site optimizationProven ability to autonomously manage an ongoing SEO campaignKnowledge of the inner workings of local search & local rankingsExperience with local listings management (LLM) and local SEOA solid understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization / A/B Testing) is a plusWorking knowledge of HTML, PHP, Javascript, and/or CSS is a plusBrightedge Certification is a big plusGoogle Analytics Certification is helpful

Salary Range$85,000.00 - $105,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
