NOTE - Must live local to the Los Angeles area or be in the process of relocating Immediate need for an Operations Assistant that will be responsible for a variety of detail oriented responsibilities that are of high importance to efficient operations of this fast growing chemical distribution company. This position will report to the Operations Director and have the opportunity to learn all facets of the business. Job Responsibilities:

Review Operations A/P schedules and update spreadsheet weekly with any date changes.Assist with pricing changes and all affected areas that need to be adjusted.Assist with data integrity projectsOversee the documents library with the goal of consistent accurate labeling.Serve in Operator role for incoming callsAssist with safety data sheetsServe as backup for receiving new ordersOther special projects as neededPosition Requirements:

Associates Degree preferred but experience will be consideredA minimum of one (1) year of relevant experienceHigh attention to detail and organizationMust be agreeable to a variety of repetitive tasks where focus is required and accuracy is criticalProficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
