How you will contribute:
Providing tax compliance and tax advisory services primarily in the energy and natural resources industryHelping with developing, building, and managing client relationshipsAssisting with managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staffReviewing returns prepared by tax associates and seniorsEffectively delegating responsibilities to others, monitoring efforts of engagement teamsProficiently using technology tools in regular assignments and demonstrating a commitment to improving work processes through the use of technologySuccessfully researching complex tax issues, applying findings to projects, and communicating those findings in writingWe are looking for people with Forward Vision and:
Experience managing multiple complex client engagementsA strong sense of ownership for delivering ultra-responsive client serviceExcellent supervisory, team building, and time management skillsMinimum Qualifications:
7 years of related experience in public accounting or corporate tax departmentBachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldCPA licensePreferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Taxation or Law degreePartnership tax experienceExperience with clients in the energy and natural resources industry
