iWorld Professionals is seeking a Tax Leader and Tax Partner for our client, a growing NYS accounting & financial advisory services firm.

Tax Partner / Tax Leader Positions Description:
The Tax Partner and Tax Leader will serve as the functional leader across compliance, advisory, or annuity tax service delivery for clients in various industries and tax types, with a deep technical focus on passthrough tax entities.
You will direct and coordinate the day-to-day interactions with the team, reviewing the client engagement work product, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to meet client deliverables.
Serve as a trusted advisor and role model across multiple teams, research tax law issues, and provide advice and assistance managing risks and across tax compliance and advisory services. Serve as deep technical advisor on firm passthrough tax type matters including compliance, reporting, and transactions.
Tax Partner and Tax Leader Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate all work activities relating to the preparation and delivery of tax compliance client service Lead tax delivery processes and build alliances through teaming, and/or act as a deep subject matter expert. Manage and monitor team's work Troubleshoot and identify complex process problems, process data submissions, analyze and resolve complex issues Serve as key leader for career, development, and the team's performance. Coach and develop a team of tax professionals and actively participate in their performance management Manage existing client relationships and directly contribute to the continued growth through acquisition of new client relationships Ability to provide leadership (advising and providing) direction to others in financial areas of specialization and lead coordination of daily work activities and review the most complex work of other teammates Tax Partner Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics 5 - 10 years of work experience in professional services or professional tax organization Demonstrated ability to resolve complex tax issues across multiple functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated leadership skills and proven skills in developing employees Strong oral and written communication as well as presentation skills Excellent executive compensation package plus benefits. Base salary is determined by experience to $125k - $250k plus bonus. Apply today to
