Konami Gaming is looking for an experienced casino operations manager to join our team!

Do you love the excitement of casino operations? Whether it is table games, slots, marketing, or cage. Draw on your experience in casino operations to help customers understand the value of SYNKROS our casino management system by becoming our next Systems Technical Sales Executive.

What you'll be doing:

The Systems Technical Sales Executive is responsible for the execution of technical sales, product support, competitive analysis and serves as a liaison between Sales and all key departments to achieve annual operational and strategic goals and objectives. This role is a product subject matter expert in all aspects of the SYNKROS software, third party hardware and player tracking system hardware. Provide expert knowledge in all operational areas of casino, i.e., slot, table, cage, credit, vault, patron tracking and marketing in order to highlight features and benefits of the SYNKROS product to various casino operational and marketing departments. Supports RFP, trade show and high-impact sales presentations as well as exploration of new and creative ways to demo the SYNKROS product and it's features and functionality. This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.

Sales Team SupportDevelop and present high impact pre-sales SYNKROS presentations highlighting the features, benefits and ROI of the SYNKROS system to potential new clients, as well as up-selling existing customers.Supports new business development efforts with sales management by completing RFP's against detailed product capabilities and future enhancements.In conjunction with VP Systems Sales, maintain current prices and update in a timely manner. Work with management on new pricing models and methodologies to create enhanced revenue opportunities for KONAMI. As such, this position should be capable to draft new sales quotes and assist Account Executives with price quotes as needed.Business Operations Support

Develops and implements on-going product training and support for systems sales staff for all SYNKROS products including new features and benefits of new releases of SYNKROS and train the business development executives on these new features.Maintains trade show scheduling and serves as a liaison between sales, product management and marketing to deliver sales message at shows. Works with AEs/BDEs and product management to deliver a checklist of system configurations for trade shows so system is ready to present upon arrival.Develops and maintains sales presentations and works with AEs/BDEs and Product Management to ensure the show room and meeting spaces are booked.Conducts training of newly released products at sales meetings.Develop and maintain sales tools such as Highspot and provide training to the AEs/BDEs.Customer and Vendor Relations

Develop and document customer success stories and ROI analysis by interviewing current SYNKROS customers.Support AE/BDEs with customer entertainment as needed.May provide support and guidance during installation and initial trial periods to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue working directly with management and customers.Provides trade show sales support, including in depth demonstrations and communicating detailed product knowledge.Assists with process improvement for order entry and visibility of order status.Assists in setting product date pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.Product Management

Works productively with and supports key stakeholders to ensure product objectives are achieved and customer expectations are met this includes coordination with R&D, Customer Service, and Compliance.Performs ongoing assessments of the needs of system markets as different versions of the product are developed.Works with Marketing to produce sales tools, collateral, press announcements pertaining to new product launches and product sales.Works with Product Management to maintain the latest SYNKROS version in the Showroom, configure and document new features and train the sales team.Konami Offers

Qualifications

What we'll want you to have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management required; Bachelors degree in business management preferred.Minimum of two (2) years' experience in casino operations management preferred or systems sales, technical sales or casino management system marketing management experience.Intermediate and above level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products. Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently (verbal and written) with all levels of the business. Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure.Additional Requirements:

Travel Percentage:

High50% . Employee must be prepared to travel a minimum of 50% and must remain flexible to the needs of the business.Work Environment:

Full time / 40 + Hours per week. Must be flexible for overtime, including evenings, weekends and Holidays as required.Must be comfortable working in a cubicle with limited working space for long hours with the ability to remain seated at the computer terminal for extended periods. Extreme repetitive motion using keyboard, mouse and telephone. Position can be high stress and extremely fast paced. Ability to handle directive, assess situations, enter into dialogue and complete tasks. Must be able to communicate verbally and write in English. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in constricted areas. Must be able to physically withstand travel demands, including the ability to drive or operate a motor vehicle unassisted.Position may attend trips to casinos or as needed. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds and air quality. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
