Responsibilities:
BlueHalo is currently seeking a Director, Inclusion & Diversity to join our Human Capital organization.Responsibilities:Design, deliver and/or lead implementation of enterprise level initiatives aligned to corporate strategy and develops employee engagement strategiesConsult with business leaders at all levels of the organization with insights from comprehensive knowledge of DEI//HR concepts, data and analytics, and leading practices to drive accountability and transparencyDevelop and deliver holistic training in support of building an educated, inclusive workforce and driving inclusive leadership behaviors that impact the employee experienceEngage with internal teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, Marketing) to support the broader integration of DEIAbility to construct clear and engaging visualization of diversity and inclusion current state findings and recommendationsCollaborate and support company-wide communications to and engagement with various stakeholder groups
Qualifications:Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of Human Resources, DEI, Organizational Development or equivalent experience, preferably within a professional services environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university5+ years of professional experience supporting or leading a credible, functional diversity and inclusion or talent management programExperience in successfully supporting large-scale change effortsExperience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointSuperior analytical, assessment and reporting skillsSuperior project, time and people management skillsSuperior written communication, facilitation and presentation skillsAbility to deliver high caliber work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, in addition to being able to handle sensitive and confidential informationExperience working within a Defense Contractor environment is a plus
