Global Data Warehouse maintenanceIndividual Account Maintenance (AS400)Attending meetings as schedule with Regional Sales ManagerNew DM set-upWorkforce Management System
Maintain accurate forecast, attendance overview (absenteeism) and monitor schedule adherenceMonitoring the implementation of new programs from a forecast, capacity planning, and scheduling perspectiveProvide data to the leadership team for potential schedule changes and capacity planningPrepare reports from the WFM system and run prediction report for impact on KPIsProvide trends to leaders from the WFM systemin order for leadership to accurately forecastRecognize and recommend operational improvements to managementCRITICAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Strong working knowledge of a customer relationship management (CRM) systemStrong working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and WordEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, college degree preferred3-5 years of customer service experience
