KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct financial analysis for the firm’s real estate portfolio and transactionsEvaluate lease agreements, rent escalations and other financial aspects of real estate transactionsPrepare and distribute annual Real Estate Occupancy BudgetPrepare annual Capital Projects BudgetMonitor and report on occupancy rates, space utilization and other metricsAssist with payment processing, lease negotiations, renewals, vendor agreements, project planning and evaluation of space utilization strategiesAnalyze lease agreements, sublease income and operating expensesMaintain and update records of real estate leases and projectsAssess the need of conducting a lease auditManage the audit processResponsible for the firm’s Property Insurance renewal processTrack and monitor all Landlord and Subtenant lease obligationsREQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree required3+ years of related experience in corporate real estate finance and lease administrationProficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software and systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStellar attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as effectively within a team in a fast-paced and demanding environmentAbility to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality
