Business Development:

Strategic Leadership:

Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive revenue generation, orchestrate sales campaigns, and lead pursuit teams.Client Partnership:

Influence strategic technical directions and identify how Daugherty can support client objectives, positioning our solutions as integral to their success.Industry Expertise:

Leverage industry best practices and business levers to provide valuable recommendations and support client transformation roadmaps.Proposal Excellence:

Oversee proposal development and pricing strategies to secure new opportunities and renew existing work.Delivery Excellence:

Strategic Direction:

Set clear objectives and communicate them effectively to both clients and Daugherty teams, ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes.Client Collaboration:

Work closely with client leaders to address challenges, ensure efficient delivery, and maintain strong relationships.Issue Resolution:

Proactively address and resolve any issues related to client or team performance in a professional manner.Consultant Engagement:

Oversight Leadership:

Manage delivery oversight for a team of 65+ consultants, ensuring alignment with client goals and successful project execution.Financial Management:

Oversee billing activities, manage investments, and ensure timely collection as per SOW terms, achieving client P&L goals.Performance Feedback:

Provide timely, constructive feedback to consultants and leadership, and engage as a billable consultant when necessary to drive strategic initiatives.Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Seasoned Professional:

Extensive experience in the IT/software industry with over seven years in professional IT consulting.Sales and Consulting Expertise:

Proven ability to position and sell business and technology consulting services to Fortune 500 clients, with experience in leading sales campaigns and developing proposals.Strategic Thinker:

Strong organizational skills, methodical approach, and exceptional presentation, prioritization, and negotiation abilities.Communication Skills:

Elevated business acumen with effective executive communication skills, both written and verbal.Collaborative Leader:

Ability to work closely with technical experts, coach and be coached, and approach new challenges with curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit.Educational Background:
