Job Summary

The Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and management of marketing materials for our launch candidate, UGN-102. This individual will also be responsible for the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process for the UroGen portfolio in addition to warehouse management. The position requires a motivated, energetic candidate with a collaborative, "can-do" attitude, as well as previous pharmaceutical/biotech experience. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the UGN-102 marketing team in a small and nimble organization, gain extensive exposure to all aspects of a US commercial team, and help to shape the vibrant culture and working processes of an emerging biotech company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of brand promotion. Tactics will include MCM, field force and non-personal materials.Provide market research support.Work with agencies to help execute strategic plans, implementation and pull through.Lead PRC review and approval process for all internal and external promotional materials for the portfolio.Collaborate effectively with the commercial field organization on the development of materials.Function as an integrated member of the core commercial team for UGN-102, supporting multiple efforts, projects and workstreams.Estimated 20% travel.List of qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.2-5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry, sales and vendor management experience preferred.Previous marketing experience required.Strong Veeva experience required.Must be collaborative, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to work across a dynamic cross-functional team.Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
