Territory Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our outside sales team and help us expand our market presence in the Milwaukee, WI area.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Relationships:
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, including contractors, builders, and commercial businesses.Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, create and present sales proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date with the latest HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends to effectively educate and assist customers.Customer Support:
Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Territory Management:
Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory, set and achieve sales targets, and report on sales activities and results.Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal team, including inside sales, technical support, and management, to coordinate efforts and optimize customer service.Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goalsKnowledge:
Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and market dynamicsCommunication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectivelyCustomer Focus:
Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer serviceSelf-Motivated:
Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solvingTravel:
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
