Responsibilities:
You will drive new business development for Capol North America's product lines, including surface treatments, VIVAPIGMENTS®, color extracts, and flavors.You will execute the go-to-market strategy for VIVAPIGMENTS® throughout the USA.You will identify and explore new market opportunities and implement Capol's commercial strategy.You will travel to customer sites to offer technical support and manage customer relationships effectively.You will initiate and oversee new projects with existing and potential customers.You will maintain and manage a commercial project pipeline, addressing any competitive threats.You will handle sales planning, including setting pricing strategies, improving processes, forecasting, and reporting.You will manage additional sales and administrative tasks that align with Capol's strategy and needs.Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.You bring over 5 years of experience in a senior sales role.You possess comprehensive knowledge of the specialty food ingredient industry.You demonstrate strong business acumen and financial literacy.You are proficient in a second language (French, German, or Spanish) which is preferred.You have an understanding of global food safety and regulatory guidelines, which is preferred.You excel in both technical and commercial communication and possess strong negotiation skills.You are adept at analyzing Capol LLC's product lines, especially VIVAPIGMENTS®, and advising on the best solutions.You have a strong technical aptitude and business insight, allowing you to work independently and as part of a team.
