Structures deals for maximum profitability.Fully proficient with title laws and registration processMaintains proficiency and certifications as required for the positionAccurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes dealsEnsures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelinesPrepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers dealsPrepares deal packages with complete and proper documentation upload documents and provide the deal to our office staff to complete for the lender and follow any other process that may be in place in their respective departmentAccurately audits team deals post-saleEnsures the expeditious funding of all contractsQualifications
