You will have the opportunity to:
Assist in preparation of the U.S. federal consolidated corporate income tax return, including domestic proforma tax returns and supporting workpapersPrepare all international aspects of the U.S consolidated federal income tax return including but not limited to E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, and FDIIAssist in preparation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision for domestic and international subsidiaries in accordance with ASC 740Perform tax research on various issues, including domestic and international tax provisions of the U.S. Internal Revenue CodeAssist with analysis of repatriating cash to the U.S.Assist with other aspects and identified special projects and support the tax team to meet the goals and objectives of the tax departmentLiaising with cross-functional teams to obtain information or provide informationREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in AccountingMinimum of 1 year of tax experience in public accounting or equivalent corporate experience (Federal tax experience required)Organized individual with an attention to detailExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsSelf-motivated individual with desire for continuous learningAbility to work effectively to meet deadlines and multitask and prioritize multiple projectsHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel and WordPreferred:
Working knowledge of SAP, OneStream, and ONESOURCE
