Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reviewing client's books and records; live and after the factReviewing the staff accountants work; giving feedback, training, etc.Prepare financial statements for clients when neededPreparation of all types of returns (Federal & State): 1040, 1040NR, 1041, 1120/1120S, 1065, 1042, and 990Tax planning, tax projectionsAddressing and resolving IRS/State notices (communicating with the IRS/State, client as well as written responses)Performing tax and accounting researchQualifications:
Must have a valid and active CPA license and current and valid PTIN number or Enrolled AgentMust have 10+ years of financial accounting and tax experienceMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have the ability to work under pressure and have time management skills to meet strict deadlinesMust have knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop and OnlineMust be proficient in Thomson Reuters Products such as UltraTax, FileCabinet, and Practice ManagementBenefits:
