Qualifications for Steel Estimator:Successfully estimated and won projects in the $5-$10M rangeExperience estimating with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or Planswift softwareKnowledge of current AISC and PCI codes and standardsDemonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsAbility to calculate costs and prepare estimatesExcellent organizational and communication skillsResponsibilities of
Steel Estimator:
Prepare and review estimates for accuracy and completenessCoordinate and communicate with team membersDevelop and maintain relationships with clientsManage and monitor project budgets and schedulesMonitor and review changes in project scopeEnsure all materials, labor and equipment costs are accurately included in estimatesPrepare accurate material take offsAssist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategiesCompensation/Benefits:
$60,000 - $90,000 base salary (DOE)Medical, Dental, Vision401(k) with company matchLife InsurancePTO and Paid Holidays
