Work schedule includes student scheduled days plus 3 days (181 days for 2024-2025)

Minimum Qualifications:1. Meet suitability criteria for employment and/or certification/licensure under the Alabama ChildProtection Act of 1999 and Act No. 2002-457. (Must pass background screening)2. Must have the physical strength, agility, dexterity, acuity and mobility to perform jobresponsibilities.3. Must have the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships4. High school graduate or equivalent (GED) and academic competency in basic skills (*may bewaived by the superintendent)5. Valid Alabama (Class B or above) Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a passenger andschool bus endorsement.6. Such alternatives to the qualifications listed above or below as the Pelham Board of Educationmay find appropriate and acceptable

Job Description:Carry out all duties related to job as assigned by supervisorBased on Pelham City Schools salary schedule

Salary:Bus drivers range $96.53 per day to $103.77 per day
