ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Director of Valuation you will lead the valuation
team, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. This role
involves managing complex valuation projects and managing tax planning
and other financial valuations. In this role, you will also work closely
with senior management, clients, and a team of professionals to deliver
expert financial analyses and reports. An ideal candidate will have a
proven track record of success in new business development,
demonstrating the ability to identify and secure new opportunities,
build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage valuation engagements for various purposes including
financial reporting, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and
strategic planning.
- Develop and review complex financial models, including discounted
cash flow (DCF) analyses, Option Pricing Models (OPM), market
multiple analyses, and other valuation methodologies.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to clients
and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial statements, transactions, and business records to
identify discrepancies and potential issues.
- Prepare valuation reports in support of litigation processes,
including providing expert testimony if required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels
of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing
proposals and leading business development initiatives to expand our
client base.
- Develop and implement effective new business strategies to achieve
firm goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of valuation professionals, providing
guidance, feedback, and support to facilitate their professional
growth and development.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes
teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Compensation:
- Competitive annual salary in the range of $180,000 to $250,000,
based on individual's experience level.

Qualifications
Education:

related field.

credentials are a plus.
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in business valuation, with a demonstrated
track record of success.
- Forensic accounting, litigation support, and expert testimony
experience is a big plus.
- Strong business development experience is a must.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
financial data and communicate findings effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability
