Marketing Manager - B2B Physical Products

The Opportunity:
Our client is an international manufacturer of material and component testing machines, instruments and solution packages. They serve a wide range of markets and are constantly investing in new cutting edge technologies.
To aid them in their North American growth we are supporting them in the hiring of a marketing manager to communicate their product messaging throughout the Americas (and occasionally beyond!) The ideal candidate will responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Both locally and in collaboration with European colleagues this person will promote new products and services and produce marketing campaigns that generate inbound leads.
This is an in office role based on the north side of Atlanta.
What you'll be doing:
Determining marketing budgets, targets, and developing pricing strategies for products and services. Supporting marketing, creative direction, and communications.Quantifying marketing efforts and ROI for campaigns and initiatives.Taking responsibility for leading the creation of targeted group content based on focus industries and products.Supporting website content creation locally including webinars, SEO, landing pages, white papers, and launching advertisements on various digital channels.Preparing content for customer communications, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, and video concepts.Interfacing with content managers, European colleagues, and external partners to develop digital marketing tools.Managing a small team of colleagues both locally and internationally.Tracking and analysis through marketing automation tools such as Hubspot.What you'll need to be successful:
A minimum of 5 plus years' experience in B2B marketing.Leadership experience; able to successfully coordinate a team.Proficiency in managing complex projects with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.Expert experience using Hubspot and Similar Marketing Automation or Customer Relationship Management Softwares.Experience with capital equipment and/or instrumentation marketing highly desirable.Familiarity with Adobe Creative SuiteMust have excellent time management and organizational skills and a strong attention to detail,The ability to plan complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.Knowledge of Linkedin and Google AdsA passion for customer relationships and business development.Ability to occasionally travel internationally (Europe)
