Overall Purpose
The Senior Director of Risk Data Analytics and Operations is a critical member of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management team. This person will be responsible for driving core components of our operational risk management program, including defining and executing on a strategy to deliver impactful risk analytics and reporting that will improve our ability to detect and monitor current and emerging risks, as well as embed risk management tools and data into business processes to support effective decision-making. This person will also ensure the timely and effective execution of risk transformation and other process improvements across risk management teams and support the development of metrics to evaluate the performance of our programs and efforts to further strengthen our overall risk management function. A key component of the role will be to work with all business areas across the company, as well as with other second and third-line functions, to support the development of risk metrics, and to collect/aggregate risk data to facilitate risk and business insights and create a view of our overall enterprise risk profile. The successful candidate will have strong quantitative risk management experience and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business, risk, technology, strategy and operations functions to drive transformational change in our risk programs, data and processes.
Essential Functions
Define strategy to deliver impactful risk reporting and analytics, utilizing risk data across the company, including key risk indicators, enterprise risk metrics and other data sources; develop quantitative and qualitative techniques to aggregate data and identify risk concentrations across the CompanyDevelop and manage reporting portfolio and dashboards for use with the board, executive team and key stakeholders across the company, including risk assessment summaries and related action plans to support decision making and escalation of risks that may not be consistent with the business risk appetite/toleranceCollaborate with business and risk teams to refine risk metrics, risk assessment methodology, key performance and key risk indicators used to evaluate our overall risk profile of the CompanyOversee the coordinated execution and executive level reporting of various risk transformation initiativesLead the implementation and organization of risk data included in the integrated risk management platformDevelop and coordinate presentation materials for quarterly risk reports and risk committee meetingsProvide oversight to and enhance second line operational risk programs, and help drive process improvement initiatives across the risk and security organizationMaintain currency with industry and regulatory trends that impact our business to evaluate risk and compliance trends and their impact to the businessProvide consulting and guidance to internal and external partners on sound risk management practicesMotivate, coach and evaluate performance of direct reports and foster a culture of high performance within the teamSupport the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and dataMinimum Qualifications

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. The pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $190,000 - $215,000.
New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $200,000 - $240,000.
