Job Description:Role: Major Incident Manager1. Knowledge on Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations & CSI2. Experience in handling Problem management, Change management, Service Level Management, Capacity Man-agement, Knowledge Management, Availability Manage-ment3. Good exposure to MS office tools4. ITIL Foundation Certification5. Must have reporting capabilities and ability to present the reports6. Must have strong communication skills along with email et-iquette7. Should be proactive thought process oriented8. Strong team player9. Basic knowledge of technical platforms like Windows, Network, Unix, DBA, Storage10. Good understanding on Service Management Processes11. ITIL Intermediate & Expert level certification12. Basic knowledge on Lean, Six Sigma & other quality process13. Exposure in preparation on process documents, SOP etc.
