We are seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct analysis of collection and open-source data, ensuring continuity of targets and their activities. You will analyze DNI and DNR information to generate reportable intelligence, build target profiles, and maintain relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis. The role involves performing sustained target analysis, increasing target knowledge through advanced analytic techniques, identifying intelligence gaps, and evaluating gathered intelligence to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close those gaps.The Level 3 TDNA shall possess the following capabilities:Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reportingProficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniquesAbility to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysisStrong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection effortsFamiliarity with open-source data and collection analysisKnowledge of relevant databases and tools for targeting and analysisExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and collaboration skillsAbility to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in intelligence analysisQualifications:
A High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experienceAn Associate’s Degree with 10 years of experienceA Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experienceA Master’s Degree with 6 years or experienceA PhD with 4 years of experienceA degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptablePosition requires Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
