The firm offers a competitive compensation package, generous benefits, and opportunities for professional development.Key Responsibilities:Handle injury case litigation from inception to resolution.Take depositions of claimants, physicians, medical experts, and other parties.Conduct discovery processes to gather relevant case information.Perform thorough legal research to support case strategies.Stay current with developments in personal injury law.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, and opinions.Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings.Communicate effectively with claims representatives.Coordinate and attend claims reviews to discuss case progress and strategies.Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska.A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Personal Injury attorney.Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Strong multi-tasking abilities with an upbeat and friendly professional disposition.Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and organized with a tenacious work ethic.Able to work independently without constant supervision.Job Location:
