Our dedicated team of advisors across approximately 100 offices throughout the U.S., develops and implements personalized plans tailored to each client's values and life goals. Our advisors offer an investment platform inclusive of products and services offered by Goldman Sachs and other third parties, including private banking and lending offerings. This is an opportunity to be part of a team responsible for building a successful, sustainable and strategic CRM platform for 1000+ users in the PFMG business.You will:Collaborate with a global cross functional team in building customer-centric productsDevelop, plan for, and lead team members to build clearly defined software functionality aligned with identified business objectivesLead and mentor junior members of the teamFollow and establish standard software development guidelines and best practicesAnalyze existing software to identify areas of improvement and provide estimates for implementing new featuresManage multiple tasks and use sound judgment when prioritizingParticipate in user story refinement, technical design, code reviews and the team's Agile processParticipate in continuous improvement effortsYou are:Energetic, self-directed and self-motivated, able to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and colleaguesOpen minded when approaching problem solving within the context of a teamAnalytical, with an ability to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at well engineered solutionsMotivated to learn and contribute technical and product solutions and ideas to a broad teamQualificationsDegree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience5+years experience, 4+ years of expertise with SalesforceDemonstrated success on previous Salesforce project as lead developer or tech leadExtensive experience with the Salesforce software ecosystem, including Apex, Lightning and data modelsExperience with source control tools such as git or subversionExperience with Salesforce developer tools including DX, visual studio code or any third-party CI/CD toolExperience with writing Apex code, triggers, classes, Lightning components and workflows/approval rules using custom codeClear understanding of Salesforce access and data sharing modelsUnderstanding of Salesforce.com capabilities and limitationsKnowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs and RESTExposure to ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, Mulesoft)Experience with relational databases (e.g. SOQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS)
