RESPONSIBILITIES:The Wax Injector Operator must be able to complete all operations and operate the equipment efficiently when making wax pattern product.Keep wax and soluble melting pots filled at all times.Clean plugs.Maintain quality on all patterns, solubles, gating, sprues, and sub-assemblies.Keep all dies clean after completing each job and stored in proper area.Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standards.Keep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition.Follow procedures and all safety rules.Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.Perform all other duties assigned by supervision.QUALIFICATIONS:Meet or exceed defined Visual Acuity (when required).Meet color perception standards needed in performance of job requirements (when required).Additional training to comply with applicable SOP/Certifications (when required).All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
