Assists in developing and monitoring the clinical integrity of assigned programs.The value you’ll bring to the team:Provides effective leadership and supervisory support to staffSelects qualified and competent employeesEnsures that all employees are provided with appropriate orientation and in-servicesProjects and coordinates sufficient staffing to meet patient care needsAssures that qualifications and competencies of all employees are currentConducts formal evaluations according to policyQualifications:The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:Three (3) years of management/leadership in Surgical ServicesBachelor of Science Degree in NursingCommunication skills to enhance and motivate staffDemonstrates leadership and teaching abilitiesRN State of Florida License RequiredJob:
