to craft visually stunning and impactful designs that enhance various written materials across multiple platforms.Check on the job details and the benefits that we offer here!The Benefits:100% Work From HomePaid Holidays and Time OffsHealth Insurance (After 3 months)Attendance, Performance, and Referral BonusesContinuous Learning and DevelopmentBi-weekly salary payoutWork-Life BalanceThe Role:Translate strategic vision into exceptional design while adhering to an established brand identityDesign graphics for ad sets, email, display ads, social, landing pages, etc.Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.)Work independently and collaboratively with the client/marketing team to meet deadlines set for each project assignedRequirements:Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with a creative or marketing agencyProficiency in design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.Exceptional creativity and innovative design skillsHas graveyard shift experience in the last 6 months and is amenable to work in US time zonesOpen to using a time-tracking tool (Hubstaff)Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication is a plusApplication Process:
Initial Interview -> Profile and Portfolio Review -> Creative Brief -> Final Interview/Profiling InterviewSalary Range:
PHP 50,000 - 70,000 per monthNote: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.
