Investment operations and data management experience preferred.Top 3 Skills:Strong in advanced data analytics using Python and SQLExperienced in functional and non-functional data requirements, such as mapping, flows, data dictionary, glossary, lineage, operational metadata, etc.Strong background and experience in capital markets/investment management domainJob Description:Asset Management and Investment Operations experienceGather source and target data requirements, identify and analyze datasets for data product suitabilityConduct detailed data analysis on large data sets, generating insights on data gaps, trends, and areas for improvementDevelop points of view (POVs) through data analysis to support product feature decisionsAssist Data Product Managers in defining and prioritizing featuresCreate and maintain source-to-target mapping documents and product-related documentationDevelop and execute test scripts for Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data productsDocument data validation controls and collaborate with the engineering team to guide implementationPrepare data product release notes for operational readinessParticipate in Program Increment (PI) planning, daily stand-up, sprint demo, and sprint retrospective meetings, fostering transparency, feedback, and continuous improvement.Must have excellent client communication and presentation skillsClient Requirement:A client background check will be conducted, and candidates will need to go through biometric/fingerprinting as part of the client onboarding process.The client will require all employees, including subcontractors, to report financial holdings and obtain trading approval.
