Implement safer and productive manufacturing processes in compliance with our global corporate standards and best practices, and international applicable norms to meet customer requirements.Responsibilities:Guide and promote the purpose, values and behaviors of Flowserve.Ensure compliance with policies and targets of personnel safety and facilities.Guarantee products meet quality requirements.Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for personnel, including courses, certifications, performance evaluations, coaching, and timely reporting.Create strategic plans for training and development for production personnel and ensure job positions are filled with suitable profiles.Oversee operational KRAs, budget and forecast including sales, manufacturing costs, and on-time delivery.Ensure production plans meet monthly and annual targets.Conduct manufacturing processes in accordance with safety and quality guidelines, corporate standards, international standards, and customer requirements.Maintain full responsibility for staff and operational personnel performance, compliance with internal rules and policies.Create plans for saving projects based on excellence initiatives.Collaborate on global manufacturing standards.Plan plant capacity to meet backlog and sales forecasts.Implement plans for machinery, tooling, and software required for operations.Coordinate with project management, planning, and quality teams to meet customer requirements on time.Scope and decisions:The scope and authority level are full over the manufacturing processes. In safety, the authority extends to personnel and facilities. Decision-making is according to site policies and procedures, with autonomy over production schedules and methods.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with proven experience in metal mechanical processes.Master’s degree or certified program in administration or human resources.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production and/or manufacturing.Green Belt or Lean manufacturing certification.Proven experience in manufacturing process implementation.Experience in machining processes, welding AWS, ASME, and assembly processes.Knowledge of API norms.Proven experience in negotiation with union workers.Experience in saving projects based on continuous improvement methodologies.Transformational leadership and effective communication skills.Flexibility and adaptability to change.Ability to build relationships and strategic vision.Job Family Group:
