The ideal candidate will spearhead strategies aimed at improving customer retention, loyalty, and fostering revenue growth. As the Director of Retention, you'll be pivotal in driving customer engagement and creating personalized initiatives to ensure Dolls Kill maintains a prominent position in the minds of our global audience.Salary:

$110,000 - $175,000 a yearKey Responsibilities:Identify and implement comprehensive retention strategies to increase customer loyalty, product adoption, and revenue generationEstablish key metrics for measuring retention success and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholdersAnalyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to identify opportunities for retention and upsellingWork closely with creative and merch teams to enhance the customer experience and integrate retention into all touchpointsCreate and manage customer segmentation strategies for targeted communication giving a personalized brand experienceLead the development of membership program, ensuring it aligns with brand values and resonates with our customer baseUtilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize retention efforts and measure their effectivenessCreate a retention channel playbook that drives brand strategy in conjunction with digital performance strategyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field6-8 years experience with proven track-record in retentionExceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindsetExcellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivateStrong communication and collaboration skillsBenefits:Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and other volunteer coverages | 401(k) PlanTime Off - Flex PTO PlanUp to 50% Employee discountParking Allotment and Commuter Plans
