We are seeking an experienced Trust Officer with exceptional knowledge and strong leadership skills. This advanced-level role involves overseeing account administration to ensure client satisfaction for trust beneficiaries and referring financial advisors, aligning with our trust business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Establish operational objectives and work plans, delegating tasks to subordinates.Develop, modify, and execute policies impacting client operations and potentially the broader business unit.Analyze situations and data to align with organizational objectives.Participate in discovering new business opportunities, conducting administrative reviews, and interacting with Financial Advisors.Implement strategic policies and evaluate methods to achieve results.Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.Influence others in sensitive situations while maintaining relationships.Perform account administration functions efficiently and compliantly, including account opening/closing, monitoring investment objectives, fee management, annual reviews, and tax preparation.Qualifications:
Qualifications and SkillsComprehensive knowledge of various fiduciary relationships.Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for detail.Team-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.Ability to adapt easily to a changing work environment.CTFA (Certified Trust Financial Advisor) designation is a plus.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.7-10 years of experience as a Trust Officer.Why is This a Great Opportunity:
