DI Producer (Los Angeles)
The fundamental role of our DI Producer will be to lead and execute large budget and indie feature projects from conform through to final picture delivery. The DI Producer will work with the DI team and Operations staff to customize and adjust workflows to deliver quality projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate conform, data I/O, color correction, home video/DVD mastering, digital cinema mastering, and deliverables for multiple projects.Work closely with the DI team and Operations to make sure all schedules and work orders are accurate.Track and communicate DI progress and bid/actual reports to Studio and Production company personnel.Build and maintain relationships with producers, directors, cinematographers, editors, and other client contacts to help source and close new projects.
Qualifications:
Understanding of digital cinema and production practices, techniques and terminology such as ProRes/DNX codecs, DCP, SAN, LTO, Dailies etc. preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and team-based environment.Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.Self-motivated and ambitious, with excellent management and multi-tasking skills.
