Fixed Term Branch Manager

We are searching for a passionate Store Manager to cover a 12 month Maternity leave cover, for our Postie Richmond store. Working Tuesday to Saturday you will be managing and coaching your team members to engage with customers and drive sales.You will also excel in the operational side of the business and be confident with rostering, reading reports and holding performance discussions with team members.Our offer to you:Up to 6k in bonuses!Staff discountsNo late nightsFlexibility to have some weekends off.The experience you will bring to us:Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a fast pace, high volume retail store (preferably apparel)Experience in managing and coaching a teamStructured administrative and organisational skillsConfidence in having performance related conversationsProven track record of achieving sales targets and growth within store.
