Beyond the catalog, we have considerable custom spring capabilities, personnel and a proficiency that comes with our many years within the industry.Job descriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Set up, Start up and Run primary machinesSet up, Start up and Run secondary machinesSelection and/or preparation of machine toolingPreparation of acceptable first piece samplesDetermine blank dimensions and centering processRecording in-process measurements and count partsTeardown machines including routine cleanup and maintenanceGeneral Factory assistance including but not limited to operation of other machines, inspection, maintenance, sampling and toolingEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test with a score of 50+ or relevant work experienceStandard Measuring Instruments TestHigh School Diploma or EquivalentPhysical Examination by an appointed Lee Spring DoctorAbility to lift or carry minimum 40 lbs.Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocateWork Location: In person
