Job Summary:
SHI has an exciting opportunity in our Strategic Partners, Cloud Department. The Microsoft Inside Account Manager role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our Microsoft Public Sector customers. This role will work in conjunction with our Microsoft LEs and CSMs to provide customers with a new and streamlined approach in supporting all aspects of the Agreement lifecycle. The Inside Account Manager will play a critical role in providing our current and future customers with a world-class support experience.The Microsoft Inside Account Managers success is measured by their ability to provide high quality services, improving customer interactions, effective utilization of resources and adaptation of new policies, procedures and technologies that increase efficiency. An account manager actively contributes to SHIs overall success targets as well as building relationships with Customer Success Managers, Microsoft, and internal SHI resources.This role will report to the Strategic Partners - Cloud department and report to the Somerset, NJ office location.About Us:Since 1989, SHI International Corp. has helped organizations change the world through technology. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a corporate or office settingProficiency in Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointFoundational Microsoft licensing knowledge preferredRequired Skills:
Excellent organizational, communication, verbal, and written skillsAbility to multitask - effectively balance short-term and long-term prioritiesEffectively prioritize multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are metAbility to communicate comfortably and professionally with a wide variety of internal and external leadership contactsAbility to work both individually and in a team environmentPreferred Skills/QualificationsMinimally, a foundational knowledge of Microsoft licensing is preferredCertifications Required:
Microsoft Certifications must be maintained during employment and is required to be obtained within 6 months of hireUnique Requirements:
Extended hours may be required to complete some special projects and quarter end workloadAdditional Information:
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $100,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
