Join Mölnlycke Health Care as a Director of Strategic Accounts and lead our efforts in developing and implementing complex sales strategies for large hospital systems and collaborative hospital groups.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies for each assigned strategic account. Lead cross-functional teams of peers, including Region Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Clinical Specialists, to achieve sales goals.

Business Development: Expand business with existing customers by introducing new products, presenting product information, and explaining product features.

Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in each strategic account, including the C-suite.

Sales & Negotiations: Represent Mölnlycke in sales calls and negotiations, achieving established sales goals. Present pricing and clinical strategies to the pricing committee for approval.

Resource Utilization: Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Contract Administration, and Legal) to develop and implement account strategies.

Performance Monitoring: Deliver quarterly business reviews for each assigned strategic account, identify and resolve customer issues, and maintain comprehensive customer records.

Sales Administration: Complete sales paperwork, maintain CRM system records, prepare reports, and assist with special projects.

Executive-Level Selling: Proven experience in selling to executive-level stakeholders with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for large accounts.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience: At least 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical devices. Experience with IDNs is strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years in a people management role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and other business software (e.g., sales reports, forms, orders, records, business plans).

Travel & Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 60%. Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain required credentialing.
