The Product Director will be accountable for leading patient focused strategies and execution for Darzalex. In this role, you will focus on the development of strategies and tactics for patients, including insight generation, strategy development, content development, and tactical execution. The Product Director role will also have responsibility for the patient advocacy strategy and engagement. This role works closely with a large, cross-functional team from Brand, Multiple Myeloma Marketing, Portfolio Strategy and Execution, Medical Affairs, Strategic Insights and Analytics, Sales, and Advocacy to develop patient-focused marketing plans and tactics for the U.S. DARZALEX® business.
The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director for Patient Experience and will serve as a core member of the brand team.
Position Description:
Develop patient strategy and patient facing content aligned to brand imperatives, own execution of tactics
Partner with Strategic Insights and Analytics team to generate insights from analytics and market research for marketing initiatives
Work closely with National Policy and Patient Advocacy Director on key advocacy initiatives, sponsorships, and meetings
Collaborate with matrix teams, including external agencies and key internal groups within the organization and participate in culture-building activities
Actively lead and contribute to Patient Experience Team responsibilities, such as field engagement including rollout of resources during meetings, training initiatives and select nurse events
Contribute to our multi-brand, cross-functional multiple myeloma portfolio strategy
Qualifications
Requirements:
A minimum bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields
Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel
Preferred:
People leadership experience
Experience in Oncology
