Work Location and Classification: New York City (hybrid)/ Exempt
The Role:
The Crunch Marketing team is seeking an accomplished, service centered HubSpot expert to serve as the go to HubSpot resource for the greater Marketing team and internal matrixed partners. The role focus is as a thought leader for improving HubSpot functionality and optimizing the effectiveness of the Enterprise HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate brings an affinity for marketing tech, with solid proficiency in HubSpot in tandem with a creative, proactive service orientation enjoying knowledge sharing and supporting delivery of marketing excellence for the team and organization. Reporting to the Director of Digital and Marketing Technology, this is a hybrid role working in the NYC office 2 days/week.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the resource leader and project manager at Crunch for HubSpot projects and system management
Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns using HubSpot tools
Configure and optimize the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to effectively deliver business needs
Use HubSpot and Google Analytics to produce regular performance/ROI reports and share successes and best practices across various markets and franchisees
Manage HubSpot effectiveness across various audiences for the brand and build testing frameworks for continuous optimization of open, click-through and conversion rates
Own the HubSpot email campaigns for corporate owned locations
Ensure workflows, landing pages and templates are fit for purpose
Serve as the frontline resource for internal end users to field questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems. Develop process documentation.
Ensure data quality and integrity of platform
Develop reporting and provide analysis on emails and landing pages
Troubleshoot ongoing problems within HubSpot and serve as a resource for external parties that work with the platform
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing or relevant field
2-5 years of experience with digital marketing and CRM
Extensive understanding and skills using HubSpot (Marketing Hub), and familiarity with Sales Hub is appreciated
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with the following preferred: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, creating and analyzing reports
Proactive ownership of responsibilities with an orientation for knowledge sharing and collaboration
Solid technical proficiency balanced with marketing acumen in campaign execution and effectiveness
Familiarity of HTML and CSS preferred
