Position Summary:

The Human Resources Talent Acquisition will focus on the efficient application of recruiting processes to attract diverse, qualified, and skilled candidates for the Organization.

Education & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience in human resources recruitment is preferred. Experience & Training Requirements:

Min 5+ years of experience in recruitment required, preferably in the nonprofit sector. Experience in full-cycle recruitment and hiring process. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Effective negotiating skills. Ability to travel between sites when necessary (less than 25%). Essential Job Requirements and Duties:

Managing the requisition process via the Applicant Tracking System, including entering open positions and managing the application process flow to ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Review and summarize resumes using the ATS software program. Identify the best candidates through the applicant screening process. Work with hiring managers to identify top-tier candidates. Verify candidates’ credentials and required licensing and certifications. Ensure compliance with program regulatory requirements. Actively build the candidate talent pool by engaging external agencies, sourcing candidates, and participating in job fairs. Promote forward-thinking recruitment strategies. Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with viable applicants, analyze responses, and compare qualifications with job requirements. Maintain a collaborative relationship with organization leaders to improve communication and achieve hiring goals. Conduct reference and background checks to maintain consistent hiring practices and compliance standards. Provide regular updates on open requisitions to ensure consistent communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Provide full-life candidate cycle recruitment. Attend networking events such as job fairs, professional conferences, and community events, and participate in activities that will build brand awareness and promote career opportunities. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the recruiting sources and implement improved strategies to ensure overall recruitment objectives are met. Maintain regular data spreadsheets to report recruitment outcomes, activities, and hiring successes and identify challenges. Provide weekly status reports. Maintain collaborative relationships with HR staff. Monitor and facilitate the 90-day onboarding platform to ensure new hires successfully integrate into the organization. Other duties relevant to the job assignment as assigned.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee will work prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
