SUMMARY

Oversees, manages, and coordinates all day-to-day functions associated with the centralized credentialing process of initial applications and reappointments applications for providers within The Johns Hopkins Health System. Oversees the provider information/data in the credentialing database. Oversees data import/export/ downstream processes, builds reports to verify data quality/timelines, understands the impact of the data on internal network applications. Responsible for data integrity to internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or similar degree required.

Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:

CPCS or CPMSM certification required.

Work Experience:

Minimum of eight (8) years of credentialing and/or supervision of credentialing process. 10 years experience in a progressively responsible administrative position preferred, preferably within a healthcare setting.
