Job Duties:

Support Sales with growth of Industrial Screening Applications business. Serve as liaison between screen sales, research and development, engineering, and operations teams to recommend best-in-class equipment solutions. Provide technical review for equipment selection and recommendation and quoting of suggested solution. Provide pre-sales drawings packages. Evaluate and interpret customer and IPEC engineered drawings to ensure feasibility and fitness for purpose. Visit customer sites to deliver presentations to provide support to sales team proposals to customers. Assist sales team in executing their business plan and achieving their targets. Build and maintain prospect and partner relationships. Maintain sales pipeline for all opportunities in CRM system. Establish and maintain customer satisfaction. Attend trade shows. Gain and share market knowledge and new technologies information with company teams. Identify and promote competitive advantage of the company's screens and wastewater applications. Respond to technical inquiries from clients requiring technical support and additional application information.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or Chemical, Environmental or Materials Engineering.

Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of experience as Product, Application, Project or Sales Engineer or Supervisor.

Special Requirements: The four (4) years of experience as Product, Application, Project or Sales Engineer or Supervisor must have involved developing or providing engineering support for water/wastewater applications. At least two (2) years of experience must have included providing engineering support for screens for wastewater applications.

Travel Requirements: Up to 30% travel required in North America for customer meetings and support the sales team in delivering presentations, proposals, and technical support to customers.
