for the University Crossing Apartment Communities in Memphis, Tennessee. The University Crossing office manages five apartment communities in the University of Memphis area. This is a full-time position that will
require
Saturday hours.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain detailed knowledge of the property, amenities and community.Handle all aspects of leasing apartments.Collect and enter rental payments.Record daily traffic informationHandle or assist in the processing of residents' service requests and other maintenance requests.Perform daily inspection of model apartment, common areas, and community amenities.Assist in the inspection of vacant apartments.Assume the duties of the property manager and/or perform other duties as directed.Requirements1 to 2 years of residential management or leasing experienceExperience using property management software, preferably OneSite or YardiAvailable to work weekendsAble to walk the property, which may include climbing stairsHigh school diploma or equivalentHave reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insuranceMust pass credit check, background check, and drug screeningBenefitsCompetitive salaryPerformance bonus programMedical, dental, and vision insuranceShort- and long-term disability insuranceCompany-paid life insuranceOther insurance options available at group ratesApartment discountsPaid holidays and paid time off401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan
