Responsibilities:Visually check quality of print against approved sample (check if light or dark, check if off-center, check if faded or missing print, check molding parts for shorts, flash, strings, grease, etc.)Load product into lid and cup printersPerform tape testSort through start-upPack parts and verify count is correctStir and add inkClean blankets and platesStart/stop printersClean color heads, rollers and fountainsSet up color heads for next print runAssist printing technicians with plate changesCheck plates, inks, set-up and color standard against printer set up sheetClear unload and in-feed jamsBreak printer inspector/packer for change overApplication of printed label to boxMaintain appropriate speed assigned each pressHelp material handlers as neededFollow all GMPsMake sure all bags are completely inside box.Any other duties assigned by supervior or department manager.SHIFT 3:30PM- 12:00AMQualifications:High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.Ability to calculate parts requirements.Strong organizational skills with ability to read and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to stand/walk for multiple consecutive hours.Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs.
