The Republic of Tea is looking for a creative, analytical, and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team! As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns, measuring results, and scaling opportunities. This role will actively engage with the business to optimize the performance of our digital advertising, particularly in marketplaces to increase brand visibility, drive sales and enhance engagement.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Amazon DSP.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights across multiple channels and marketplaces.
Optimize and scale campaigns using data-driven decisions.
Summarize results and report with leadership regularly.
Allocate and track spending against advertising budgets.
Research trending keywords, competitor activity and emerging technologies to inform updates and improvements.
Test new video campaign formats across platforms.
Leverage available analytic tools and platforms to understand consumer journeys, influence automated optimizations, and maximize results.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Coordinate with the Creative TEAm to ensure that all advertising materials align with The Republic of Tea's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with the DTC and Commerce TEAms to align strategies and optimize the impact of promotions and advertisements.
Generate efficiencies through partnership with advertising agencies and vendors.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist or similar role
Proficient in Amazon's advertising platforms and tools.
Experience in Instacart, Walmart, Target, and other digital grocery marketplaces.
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong time management skills
Excellent multitasking skills
Strong analytical skills
Highly developed attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
