Job Summary:

The Group Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team through detailed reporting, efficient management of SalesForce/Amadeus systems, and various administrative tasks. This role involves organizing site tours, facilitating communication, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales director and managers. This is an entry-level position suited for motivated individuals passionate about sales and the hospitality industry.

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Base hourly pay range: $20.50 - $28.69 per hour years of age.

Product Sales Support:

Proactively assist in driving sales across all Palisades Tahoe products by providing robust support and coordination.Inquiry Management:

Efficiently receive, manage, track, and assign sales inquiries to the appropriate Sales Manager, ensuring timely follow-up and data accuracy.System Administration:

Serve as the administrative expert for SalesForce/Amadeus Event Management Solutions. Responsibilities include producing weekly sales reports, conducting daily audits, generating monthly revenue reports, and performing data entry for comprehensive reporting. Familiarity with Inntopia and SMS is a plus.Contract and Data Management:

Compare contracts and Delphi entries to ensure alignment and accuracy.Wedding and Conference Sales Support:

Provide dedicated support to sales team by responding to leads, conducting site tours, managing client relationships, and monitoring trends.Guest Reception:

Assist with site tours, greet buses, and warmly welcome groups and guests to enhance their experience.Business Trip Preparation:

Aid sales team members in preparing and executing business trips to ensure seamless operations.Product Testing:

Assist the sales team in confirming products are accurate in our ecommerce site. Assist guests with questions regarding purchase process.Interdepartmental Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with various internal departments, including Ski School, Rentals, F&B, Events, Conference Planning, Front Desk, Call Center Reservations, Revenue Management Team, Marketing, and Sales, to consistently deliver exceptional results for clients.Customer Service:

Deliver top-quality customer service with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.Brand Representation:

Enthusiastically and professionally represent Palisades Tahoe, embodying the company's values and culture.Survey Management:

Oversee and manage post-visit surveys to gather valuable customer feedback.Cross-Departmental Assistance:

Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth resort operations.Referral Management:

Acquire knowledge of all departmental lines of business and appropriately refer potential sales leads to sales managers.Additional Duties:

Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the sales team and resort operations.Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Detail oriented and analytical.Proficiency in SalesForce/Amadeus systems, with knowledge of Inntopia and SMS preferred.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate effectively with various departments.Enthusiastic, professional, and motivated individual with an interest in sales and the hospitality industry.College Degree preferred.Competencies and Job Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear, and occasionally ski or snowboard. Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks regularly throughout the day; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
